SE/08/0026: Mr and Mrs Dunsden: The Pippins, Low Street, Bardwell – Erection of 2 storey extension to rear elevation (following demolition of single storey extension).  Planning Application.

TCA08/1571: Mrs Grace Horn: Greenside, The Green, Bardwell – Coppice one Hazel tree to 0.75 metres. Trees in Conservation Area Notification.

SE/07/1861: Ivor Bray: New House behind Acorn Cottage, Up Street, Bardwell – Erection of (i) timber garage to rear of new dwelling and (ii) part 1.2 meter and pat 1.8 meter boundary wall between existing and new dwellings.   Permission Granted.

SE/07/1656: I.R Burrows: Fern Bungalow, Bowbeck, Bardwell - Erection of detached garage. Permission Granted.

TCA07/1542: Mrs. Whitton: Hillfield Cottage, Low Street, Bardwell – Crown Lift to 2 metres one Ash tree and reduce height by 40% and width by 30% to approximately five Leylandii trees. Trees in Conservation Area Notification.
The application in respect of the above-mentioned proposal has now been considered by the Borough Council as Local Planning Authority and no objections were raised.
