This matter has now been considered by the Borough Council as Local Planning Authority and confirm there is no objection to the proposed work. TCA09/1835: Sir Christopher Walford: Booty Hall, The Green, Bardwell – Trees in a Conservation Area Notification. (i) Reduce height to one weeping willow tree by 25% and shorten lateral branches as necessary to shape/reduce extent over lawn; (ii) selectively reduce lower lateral limbs to one Ash tree in order to reduce extent over lawn and (iii) shape top to one Lawson cypress tree to produce a rounded profile and trim sides. This matter has now been considered by the Borough Council as Local Planning Authority and confirm there is no objection to the proposed work.
